February 13- Quinn Robert is born, his birthmom chose us anonymously.
February 15th- We learn about Quinn, and spend the weekend trying to move mountains to get him in our arms
February 18th- Quinn is placed in our arms. We tell M about Quinn, and she tells us she still wants to place with us.
March 2012- M's baby is born, but we are not notified
April 2012- Things fall apart with M, and we realize that she has decided not to place with us. We are heartbroken, and try to make sense of it all.
May 2012- We end contact with M, as it is clear she is not in a good place. We wish her well.
We are loving EVERY single moment of life with Quinn, and still can't believe that his mom chose us. While we are heartbroken with the way things ended with M, we know that the greater plan was always for us to be parents to Quinn.
